The creation of multiple Accounts — including under a different name, email address, or payment method — is strictly prohibited. 447duit uses technical and manual review processes to detect duplicate Accounts, and any Bonuses claimed through duplicate Accounts will be void.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. You must not share your Account credentials with any third party. All activity occurring under your Account is your responsibility. You agree to notify 447duit immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorised use of your Account.

Outstanding bonus balances that have not met wagering requirements will be forfeited upon closure. Real-money balances will be returned to your verified payment method subject to standard withdrawal processing.

Nothing in these Terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other matter that cannot be excluded by law.
